Long serving buildings create stable lives, desirable communities, and community assets. This project is now serving in its third year of a fine home for a young family. Taxes are paid, the neighborhood collects a + for another fine home, and a family is secure under a new roof. Though our culture often looks to first cost, or to "splash" the real value is over time, and holding financial as well as human assets.
